Temte's American Karate offers a variety of different programs such as:
Beginners Program
Temte's American Karate has developed a beginner level curriculum that allows men, women and children of any age (3+) and any physical fitness level to achieve basic skills in Martial Arts.
Children's Program (ages 3 to 7)
Temte's American Karate has developed a curriculum for 3 to 7 year old children allowing them to learn basic and intermediate karate through fun and simple Martial Arts techniques.
Youth and Adult Programs (ages 8 to adult)
Temte's American Karate has developed a curriculum for ages 8 to adult to achieve basic, intermediate, advanced, and expert level skills in Martial Arts.
Using techniques based on Traditional Martial Arts, Conventional Martial Arts, pad strikes, sparring, and self-defense Mr. Temte's programs also offer positive results in all of the following areas:
