Teaching men and women how to defend themselves in today's society is so important. Watching children grow into upstanding, strong adults through Martial Arts Training, Stranger Awareness training and Bully Defenses is so gratifying and is the most exhilarating experience!!! Teaching men, women, and children all the benefits I have gained through Martial Arts instruction is beyond rewarding and the least I can do!!! I pride myself on the quality instruction I provide for students and the very high standards that I hold them to. Temte's American Karate is what training in the Martial Arts is all about, plus it is so FUN and EXCITING!!! Men, women, boys, and girls of all ages and all physical fitness levels can benefit from my programs!!! This is why karate is such an outstanding addition to my life!!!"
